These terms govern your use of the Premadasa Gem & Jewellers website. We operate on an inquiry-first basis: no prices are published and no online checkout is offered. All sales are by private arrangement.

Nothing on this website is an offer to sell. Stones are presented for interest and inquiry only. A sale occurs solely once terms are agreed directly between you and Premadasa Gem & Jewellers, in writing.
Submitting an inquiry or saving a shortlist places you under no obligation. Availability and price are confirmed individually. We may hold a stone on a short, good-faith reservation while you decide; a reservation is not a sale and may lapse if not concluded.
Private viewings, in person in Sri Lanka or online, are arranged by appointment and subject to availability. Any travel or shipping arrangements for a viewing are agreed in advance.
We describe every stone honestly, including origin and treatment. Significant stones are independently certified by recognised laboratories (such as GIA, GRS or SSEF); the relevant certificate is provided on request. Natural sapphires vary, and photographs and screen colour are indicative, not exact.
Price, payment, insurance, shipping and any return arrangements are agreed in writing for each transaction at the time of sale. Title passes only on receipt of payment in full.

The website is provided in good faith and “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
